A certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, he has trained in Germany, Hungary, and Turkey. As Director of Education & Training at SFT’s VIVEC, he leads skill development programs with the Govt. of Gujarat and corporate CSR initiatives. Previously, at Alembic Pharmaceuticals and Linde Engineering, he implemented cost-saving, improved operational efficiency and spearheaded Lean Six Sigma projects.
