India’s first tribal BPO centre under Tribal Development Department

Projects Sunshine and Jeevika with an objective to double income of tribal farmers
Sharada Devi Gruhudhyog Sahkari Mandali (SGS), successful model of small scale enterprise for economic and social empowerment of women in Chhotaudepur was registered as a society. Started with handicrafts and ventured into food processing and microfinance.
Sharda Medical Centre (SMC) set up in Hodko in Kutch

Farm mechanization and entrepreneurship development
Sharda Medical Centre (SMC) set up in Chhotaudepur to cater health services in 150 villages

Orsang Jal Ane Samruddhi (OJAS)-a river basin management program thorugh microplanning at village level conceptualized by SFT by involving community members in program planning

Implementation of National Food Security Mission in Chhotaudepur among 414 families
2013-14
Formation of farm schools as knowledge services through trained community mobilisers called Samaj Shilpis. 72 farm schools servicing 91 villages were established.

Establishment of Vocational Training Centre (VTC) VIVEC to impart skill training to tribal youth
2015
Entered a new cluster at Dediyapada taluka in Narmada district
2017
Ventured into food processing unit through SGS to create value addition of products
2018-19
Bharat Rural Livelihood Mission (BRLF) project to improve livelihood of tribal communities
2019-20
Water safety plan – UNICEF covering 6 villages of Dediyapada for clean water
2020
Rotary Club of Baroda Metro (RBM) partnered in a global grant project and adopted 2 villages in the Chhotaudepur block with the aim to bring 100% of the land under assured irrigation.
2021-22
WASMO – Capacity building of Panisamitis (145 villages of Narmada district) under the Jal Jeevan Mission (JJM) to create awareness about water quality.

NABARD’s Watershed development, Wadimodel, skill training, model forgoat and poultry farming, milletpromotion for livelihood development
2022
Formation of Ujjaval Farmer Producers Company Ltd with 633 shareholders and equity capital of 6.80 lakh for collective bargaining
