Success Stories

Vahoniya Jamanben Ramshubhai
In a small village in Dahod district, a story of resilience and hope unfolds through the life of Vahoniya Jamanben Ramshubhai, born to parents who work as farm laborers. Her early years were defined by hard work and the quiet dreams of a better future. Despite these challenges, her thirst for knowledge led her through school up to the 12th grade, though further education seemed out of reach due to family circumstances.
A conversation with a friend who worked as a nurse in Vadodara sparked a new direction for Vahoniya. Inspired by her friend’s experiences and after learning about the opportunities at SFT-SFT-VIVEC she decided to pursue a career in nursing. With determination, she enrolled in the General Duty Assistant Course in Nursing at SFT-VIVEC.
From the moment she arrived at SFT-VIVEC’s Paladi Center which is located in Vadodara district, she found an environment that felt like a second home. The excellent accommodations and meals made her transition smoother, while the practical teaching methods prepared her well for the future. Over six months, Vahoniya embraced her studies with enthusiasm and dedication. Her hard work soon paid off when she was offered a job at Lepro Care Surgical Hospital in Surat with a monthly salary of Rs 6000. Moving to a new city was a significant change, but it brought her closer to her dreams.
Today, Vahoniya is deeply involved in hospital work, assisting in surgeries, and caring for patients. Her journey from a village laborer’s daughter to a nurse is not just a personal triumph but a beacon of hope for her family and village. She aspires to become a surgery assistant, aiming to build a future of success and respect for herself and her loved ones.
Her achievements are a testament to the support from SFT-VIVEC Training Center and Company GACL, which provided not only education and employment but also the foundation for her success. Vahoniya’s story, spreading through her village, serves as an inspiration to others, showing that with determination, no dream is too big and no obstacle is too great. Her journey embodies the spirit of perseverance and the promise of a brighter future for all who dare to dream.
